User Rights & Responsibilities

You are entitled to receive products that accurately match the product descriptions, specifications, images, features, and other product information provided at the time of purchase. We are committed to supplying products that meet reasonable quality standards, are suitable for normal intended use, and provide a dependable customer experience.

After receiving your order, please inspect the product as soon as possible. You should confirm that the item, quantity, accessories, packaging, and overall condition are correct. If you notice visible damage, missing parts, incorrect items, functional issues, or other problems that may have occurred during shipping or delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review and process your claim efficiently, please provide clear photo or video evidence showing the product condition, packaging, shipping label, order information, and the specific issue. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may require additional verification before a refund, replacement, return, or other solution can be arranged.

Customers are responsible for using the product according to the provided instructions, safety guidelines, and intended purpose. Improper use, unauthorized disassembly, self-repair, modification, incorrect installation, misuse, or damage caused by negligence may affect product safety and performance and may void the warranty.

Warranty & Returns

We provide a 1-year statutory warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal usage conditions. Covered issues may include factory-related defects, hardware malfunctions, interface failures, charging or connection failures, or other non-human-caused quality problems.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water damage, physical impact, unauthorized repair, improper operation, incorrect installation, abnormal storage conditions, or failure to follow product instructions.

In addition to the warranty coverage, we offer a 14-day no-reason return policy, provided that the returned product meets our return requirements. The item should be returned in acceptable condition, with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and proof of purchase where applicable. Products that are damaged, incomplete, heavily used, or missing required accessories may not qualify for a full refund.

For returns or exchanges caused by confirmed product defects, incorrect shipments, missing items, or other quality-related issues, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and any applicable taxes directly related to the return process. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange a refund, replacement, exchange, repair, or other suitable solution based on the specific situation.

Refunds are generally processed after the returned item has been received and verified. The final refund time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank processing time, and original payment method.

Liability & Compliance

Our products are designed, sourced, and supplied in accordance with applicable regulations and standards in the target markets. Where applicable, we also follow relevant data protection and privacy requirements, including GDPR-related information handling standards.

We take responsibility for verified product quality issues caused by manufacturing defects, original product faults, incorrect shipments, or fulfillment errors. However, we are not liable for damages, losses, delays, or additional costs caused by customer misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, refusal to receive the package, or failure to follow product instructions.

This includes, but is not limited to, water damage, accidental drops, physical impact, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, improper charging, exposure to extreme temperatures, incorrect address information provided by the customer, delivery delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, public emergencies, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failure, loss, delay, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase amount of the order. This limitation applies to any refund, replacement, compensation, repair, return, exchange, or other claim related to the product or service.

We remain committed to handling customer concerns in a fair, timely, and professional manner and will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate support in accordance with our policies.
